- Structuring a Home Practice

- Time, and uncertainty about what to practice, keep many of us from deepening
our practice at home. In this workshop we will cover a series of six short,
10-15 minute sequences to help you jump-start your practice at home. A warm-up
practice for the morning, an energizing practice for afternoon, a cooling
down practice for the evening, a balance practice, a shoulder-opener practice
and a hip-opener practice.
- Currently enrolled students in Gentle/Level I or higher.
