Decription:

We'll prepare for collage work with restorative yoga poses as a portal to access the deeper koshas or envelopes of the body. Bring three magazines and a pair of scissors.

 

Prerequisite/requirement:

No prior artwork necessary, some familiarity with yoga is assumed.
