This day-long workshop features yoga taught by Rocky Delaplaine and knitting taught by Peg Blechman. De you need a relaxing one-day yoga retreat to get ready for the holidays? Are you too busy to knit but always wanted to learn and want to knit gifts for the holidays? Are you an experienced who would love to spend the day in the company of other knitters while brushing up on some yoga poses? Then this is the retreat for you. Spend the day relaxing with yoga classes -- and two knitting classes for beginning knitters.

Prerequisite/requirement:

Completion of 1 session of Gentle or Level I. No hip or knee injuries.
